Press Release Body: Viralg supplies technology aimed at preventing sharing of illegal content such as music, movies, GPS maps, games and software from being shared over P2P networks such as Gnutella. Viralg technology is in widespread use by record companies in Finland (90% of customers) and in the other Scandinavian countries. Technology has generated turnover of over 500.000 US dollars. The patent applications for sale cover the necessary key technology for the only possible effective protection against illegal P2P sharing. Depending on the source illegal P2P causes damages of 4 to 12 billion US dollars to media companies per year. Patent applications based on the international application WO200503211 for the technology have been filed in major market areas (see following list of the pending patent applications), including Europe, patent application EP20040767083 publication number EP1668876 ( European Patent Office intend to grant patent) and the US, US application US 20050108248 Use of the same technology by other companies for major products has recently been observed. Viralg\'s technology is different from traditional spoofing methods used to counter illegal file downloads over P2P networks. Unlike spoofing, which is easy to detect and, thus, really doesn\'t work, a file using Viralg technology impersonates a regular P2P file by having the same code as the original file. Thus, the Viralg file becomes a source file when a download is initiated. Unbeknownst to the user, it carries with it a payload that makes the file unusable once downloaded. This makes it an effective weapon against illegal downloads over P2P networks. Viralg's strategy is to focus on early stage invention and development projects. Viralg intends to sell the technology for international commercialization and concentrate resources for a new project outside of the P2P and internet media businesses. We invite all interested parties to bid for Viralg\'s key intellectual property. The offer to sell the following patent applications: USA 10/956141 Canada 2,540,738 EPO EP20040767083 India 360/MUMNP/2006 China 200480028738.3 Japan 2006530312 New Zeeland 546232 South Africa 200602696 Examples of business opportunities using Viralg\'s technology include: 1.
